Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it is considered final and non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. We encourage you to be sure of the products you are ordering from the Website.

Conditions for Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following exceptional circumstances:

The Goods received are damaged or defective.

The Goods delivered are not the same as what was ordered.
For a return to be eligible:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos and order details).

The Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
If a return has been approved by us, You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods.
Refunds

No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Shipping
Products will be shipped within 3–4 days from placement of the order. Domestic deliveries take 5–7 business days after dispatch.
